Professional Development, Wellness Education, and Continuing Education  is the core of our company. Whether you are a community group, a  non-profit business or a for profit business our education programs  relay the importance of health and wellness to your employees and  community audience.

What we do for the Community Health Workers and those supervising CHW's
 

- Consulting services to introduce the role of the CHW and to implement  the right CHW course that meets the needs of the community you serve.
- Our CHW programs vary in length from 35 hours to 230 hours.
- We offer a program for best practices for professionals supervising  CHW's in their role.
- Chronic Illness advanced training available for CHW's including some  of the top identified areas: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Asthma,  Obesity, and Nutrition.
- Additionally we offer advanced courses in mental health topics,  substance abuse, stress, aging gracefully, menopause, career and family  life balancing and taking care of your self.       

CONTINUING EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER

If you have a professional license and need continuing education or  expertise in your field, B.E. Education Group can assist in developing  specialized educational programs to meet your needs. Health and  wellness, especially in midlife is a primary focus with emphasis in  prevention of chronic disease.  
 

Offerings include 1-3 hour programs, half day or full day programs with  topics ranging from emotional wellness, midlife health for women in  peri-menopause and menopause, balancing career and family obligations,  aroma therapy including essential oils for natural remedies, chronic  disease prevention, effects of stress on the mind and body, along with  humor and tips that keep us fit into our later years.  
 

Our staff has 40 plus years in the health care field with a strong  marketing background to assist in identifying new audiences and  promoting the latest health prevention strategies for your business. We  are a new business with lots of experience, resources and energy to meet  your education needs. We specialize in small to large group teaching,  specialized workshops on a variety of topics related to health and  midlife.

This Program is specially designed for women 35-60 years old.   Interactive discussion of peri-menopause and menopause, to include:  changes in body, options for treatment of symptoms, emotional well  being, lifestyle, sexuality, and bone, breast, and heart health.   Valuable tips for communication with your health care provider are also  discussed.    
 

Aging Gracefully: Achieving Optimal Health - 1 or 2 hours  
Aging can be a challenge to all of us!  In this program you will learn  tips for wellness and prevention of chronic disease.  You will also  learn to achieve your goals with the benefits of emotional well-being as  you approach midlife and maturity.
 

Life Balancing: Careers, Family and Taking Care of Yourself - 1 or 2 hours
Juggling demands of everyday life can cause stress on you and others  around you. Learn ways to communicate your needs and learn practical  tips for reducing stress in your life during this interactive program  for all ages.
 

Stress Busters: The Balancing Act - 1 hour program  
Identifying stressors in life makes all the difference in our ability to  balance emotions and create happiness.  Learn the importance of  self-nurturing, the long term effects of stress on our body and how to  make de-stressing easier in our hectic lives.  Humor and practical tips  for every day along with a self-assessment quiz are part of this  program.
 

Behavioral Health/Mental Health Topics Available on Request - 1 to 3 hours
